Jewellery Repairs

By providing your retail receipt or exchange card within the 14 day period, a repair may be made for a fee or free of charge depending on the issue the jewelry displays.

In the case of the items, no repairs are made, only in special cases.

Problems resulting from improper use, such as broken chain, loss of zircon or semi-precious stone, discoloration or oxidation of the chain or motif, due to improper care of the jewelry, are examined on a case-by-case basis and if possible repaired at your expense.

Transport costs to the company are charged to the sender.

The repair period is 30 working days from the moment of receipt of the product by our company.
The repair cost, if any, is paid in the form of
reimbursement to the carrier when returning the product.
